I get the feeling these videos are intended for people that have at least a fundamental knowledge of sailing. That being said, the guy behind the camera should be showing what the instructor is doing. no need to see the whole boat like that…
You really need to learn how to teach. When talking about the furler, show it instead of seating down in the cockpit so far away. If someone’ve never seen a furler, how do you expect them to understand what you are talking about.
When talking about wrapping the jibsheet on the winch, we dont even see the winch. which way do you wrap in around?
And finally, we still dont have any idea of how to hoist the main sail.
Do u teach “offshore” on a 26ft???
But it doesn’t show how you actually hoist the thing if you don’t have roller furling…
