RC Otter’s is my most favorite place on the planet! We were there in April of 2010. My wife had fish n chips, and I had the Cheeseburger in Paradise (not to be confused with the Jimmy Buffet song[equally good!]), and it was absolutely delicious! The food is good, the laid back atmosphere is good, everything is good and it’s a MUST for Captiva visitors.

NO person in authority who treats patients (psychiatrist OR Doctor), should have their license revoked for taking indecent liberties with said patients. An appeal in this case would change nothing. As he had his license revoked in NY, so should it be in FL, or any where else where he would want to practice; the man in a pariah, and should be STOPPED.
